we have few things we wish people would learn to read and understand properly.

1. confirmation email has been sent to ALL those applying via EMAIL, and only SOME applying via SR. Those who has been applied, but not yet received confirmation, your application has either not yet handed to the admin, OR you have given absolutely wrong address. please re-check. we have received dozens of mailer-demon filling our inbox, recheck the typing wishing they were our mistakes in typing, but sadly they were not.
   
2. the fees will be collected starting next week, after the date being announced, nowhere later than 28th October.
3. please do apply via any ONE METHOD mentioned, to avoid any overlapping and confusion.
