[AKADEMIK] Regarding Electives

assalamualaikum wbt
regarding elective course..again..
we have 2 sad news here..

1) course GIT surgery for first elective will be canceled due to some reasons which of one of them is most of the doctors that will be handling the course are going for Hajj (according to our coordinator)..so there will be shortage of professor.only for first elective.

2) Prof. Dr Rafaat Kamal,coordinator of Orthopedic department for the elective course will go to Malaysia after eid-el-adha,so the course for orthopedic for second elective will be shifted to first elective.

regarding the solution,i would like to have your opinion.from what we have discussed,we would like to do some changes.if anybody has another better opinion,please don't hesitate to tell us

#student GIT surgery first elective (15 org sahaja)
ada beberapa pilihan.dr Ola,coordinator kita suruh korang pilih

1)automatik masuk GIT internal medicine
2)undi balik utk masuk ke course2 lain,di mana kuota dia kitorg akan naikkan jadi 18 utk tiap2 subjek (termasuk ortho)
3)x undi balik,kitorg yg masukkan nama ikut subjek2 yg ada kosong
*kat sini mmg ada ketidakadilan,tp kami pun xboleh nk buat ape2,sbb ini adalah last minit punya info dari prof2 surgery yg mmg x dijangka.
*kitorg prefer cara ke2 tu.kalau xde apa2 objection kita akan undiselepas lecture esok.so semua 16 student GIT surgery sila tggu lepas lecture.harap semua bagi kerjasama.

#student Ortho second elective(13 org sahaja)
nama2 korang adalah secara automatik masuk ke Ortho utk elektif pertama,dan subjek utk elektif pertama akan automatik jadi subjek elektif kedua.

***semua student GIT SURGERY FIRST ELECTIVE & ORTHO SECOND ELECTIVE..sila tggu lepas lecture esok.

semua kesulitan amatlah dikesali.kitorg mtak maaf kalau ada yg x berpuas hati.tp

ni masalah di pihak atasan.dan kitorg baru je dimaklumkan sekejap td.sesungguhnya kita hanya merancang,tp Allah yg menentukan.syukran
